To Whom It May Concern:

I recently took the Womens Self Defense course that Sgt. Carmichael teaches and let me tell you, it was a wake up call. As a mother of two small children, I always felt like a “sitting duck”. I felt like a poster child for what criminals look for. Not anymore!

At the course, Sgt. Carmichael tells you what the criminals are looking for in their victims, all the many ways they attack, how to prevent this from happening to you, and most importantly, what to do if it does. It is so obvious that all Sgt. Carmichael wants to do is help people to NOT become victims. His course is by far the best self defense course that I have ever taken! In fact it was so good that my husband is paying for his entire team to take the next course he offers and I'm sending my seventeen year old baby sitter before she leaves this year for college.

I feel so much more empowered after taking this course! It literally changed everything I do now, even something as simple as going to the grocery store. Now I know that I could still be a victim, but thanks to Sgt. Carmichael, I honestly feel that I have been given the tools to defend myself and more importantly save my children as well, which is why I took the course in the first place…to help keep myself and my children safe. Thank you so much Sgt. Carmichael!!!
